How I saved Money on My Wedding Invitations

To save money, I went to the Clearance Aisle at Wal-Mart and I found 50 packs for wedding invitations for $15. I bought 3 packs and I printed them on my printer at home. Since most invitation companies want to charge $1 or more per invitation this saves a lot of money.

One word of advice, make sure that you buy enough invitations of the same style. Since they are on clearance, it may be difficult to find the exact same style. On the RSVP card, instead of having a card with an envelope, get regular postcard stock from an office supply store and print the rsvp card on them instead. The other side of the card is used for the addresses. Not only will you save money by not having to buy envelopes you can also buy postcard stamps at the post office, which are much cheaper than a normal first class stamp. My husband and I probably saved $400 just by doing the invitations ourselves.

I guess that to get the loan from creditors you should have a firm reason. However, one time I have received a bank loan, because I wanted to buy a building.
